International Shipping Details
We use USPS International First Class and International Priority to ship internationally.
FedEx is not available in all locations; restrictions may apply; please allow additional transit time to A.K. & H.I.
Customers shipping outside the U.S. are responsible for all costs associated with importing the order, including duties, taxes, or fees. Therefore, the listed shipping cost only covers the actual shipment costs.
International orders may contain items prohibited by embargo restrictions. Please check with your local customs office regarding your current importation laws before placing your order. We are not responsible for merchandise confiscated by the importation authorities.
We are not responsible for international orders once they are shipped. Additionally, we are not responsible for shipments if the required duties & taxes are not paid.
What is the processing time for an order prior to shipping?
Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days for domestic orders. Orders with International, APO, and FPO addresses may require additional processing time.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time by the courier and based on the size and weight of the shipment. Therefore, you will only see the available shipping options for your particular area.
Will FedEx deliver to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we do. We use FedEx SmartPost to complete these shipments.
I didn’t receive my order because the delivery address was incorrect.
Orders delivered to an address incorrectly entered by a customer during check out will not be replaced or refunded. Customers are responsible for double-checking that their delivery address is correct.
Orders returned to Forward Merch as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be refunded within two weeks, less the shipping/handling costs unless re-delivery arrangements are made.
Orders delivered to an incorrect address or returned to Forward Merch due to an error on our part will be reshipped.
The tracking number indicates that my order was delivered, but I didn’t receive my package.
